According to his publicist, Quincy Jones passed away on Sunday night in his Bel Air, California, home.

You might not immediately be able to conjure his work to mind, but there is a roughly zero percent chance that you're unfamiliar with his music. Jones was best-known for arranging and producing music for Michael Jackson ("Thriller") and Frank Sinatra ("It Might As Well Be Swing"), but his 70-year-long career created thousands of credits.

Jones lived a long, full life, so it's no surprise that the internet has spent the entire morning celebrating his success (and highlights from his 2018 Vutlure interview) instead of weeping over his loss. We can only hope to have a thousandth of this response when we die one day.
