'The Work Is Mysterious And Important,' And This Week's Other Best Memes, Ranked

Here at Digg, we try our best to cover the most important and confounding memes that come across the timeline. But the web is littered with tons of great memes that never quite hit the mainstream and instead just bounce around the weird corners of Twitter or Reddit. Enter our recurring feature, Memes, Ranked.
This week, we've got a new use for ChatGPT, some seriously sped-up dancing and a meme-worthy line from "Severance."
3. GPT scan
The Meme
You're going to see a lot of ChatGPT discourse pop up this year, especially since rival companies have been poking holes in their game plan. A ChatGPT meme emerged recently, in which a lab technician administered a patient scan and had GPT ready to diagnose them — and, naturally, it led to other ideas.

2. Shemar Moore dancing
The Meme
Even if you’ve never watched an episode of "The Jennifer Hudson Show," you’ll probably recognize its viral pre-show “Spirit Tunnel” segments, in which the talk show’s guests dance down a hallway to the stage as staffers perform songs referencing their names and/or work.
Recently, it was actor Shemar Moore’s turn to do the hallway dance — and a comically sped-up version of it has become meme fodder on X.

1. 'The work is mysterious and important'
The Meme
Everybody loves the new season of "Severance" on AppleTV+, and that dystopian sci-fi vibe fits with both the moment we're in and the format of a great meme. As it turns out, nobody really knows why we do what we do, but it is mysterious and important.

Can we make "the work is mysterious and important" a new fad in memes, please? (OC)
