That didn’t happen.
And if it did, it wasn’t that bad.
And if it was, that’s not a big deal.

A Narcissists Prayer is the best description of the animal I've ever come upon, in six lines (!) no less. Craig gives it to us dead on.
Fernández in The Trauma Survivor Mantra nails it, gives us the sane and healthy response to insane unhealthy people.

Personally I find Dr Fernández a little too positive for my liking, and also I wonder if she got Ms Craig's OK before distributing this. Which I'm just now noticing contains zero attribution to original source, so I'm guessing "no, she didn't even ask."
I did find this by looking for whatever was previously at a broken link from Craig's site, so that was a win. Would click on OP again.
