The US is home to many a wealthy suburb, but some are growing faster than others. To identify them, GOBankingRates analyzed locations with between 25,000 and 100,000 people, and a median household income of at least $150,000, and ranked them based on change in population from 2018 to 2023.
The country's top three fastest-growing affluent suburbs all belong to Texas. First place goes to Fulshear, whose population increased by a whopping 237 percent, followed by Celina (190 percent) and Prosper (81 percent).
Of the 30 growing wealthy suburbs on the list, Texas is home to seven, more than any other US state. California has the second-highest number overall, with five: Dublin, Eastvale, San Ramon, El Dorado Hills and North Tustin.
Just one Florida suburb made the ranking. According to the study, Parkland saw its population grow by 17 percent over the five years analyzed.
