He also saved his sister, forgot to mention in title.

[–]Lupius 72 points73 points  (2 children)

I was wondering why he wanted aggro...

[–]Karl_Marx_ 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Same here, smart kid though.

[–]Ludique 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I figured he must have learned it from a hunter.

[–]theonlybreaksarebonz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here come the Monty Python references.

[–]Piemaster113 43 points44 points  (5 children)

Did the moose drop any good loot?

[–]polkaberries[S] 33 points34 points  (4 children)

Just a regular grey hoof, not impressed.

[–]jubway 16 points17 points  (2 children)

But only one hoof, and the quest calls for 20 hooves. =/

[–]SpaceDog777 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Why does this wolf have no heart?

[–]AnselaJonla351 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It does, your clumsy attempt to kill it destroyed the heart.

[–]eclecticsed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Strangely it had 3 livers, though.

[–]grayzones 141 points142 points  (10 children)

Whoever this player is, he has played World of Warcraft so much that he has reached a level we thought unreachable. He's actually able to kill our admins. And he grows stronger every day.

[–]ForceFedPorkPies 55 points56 points  (3 children)

“We’re dealing with somebody who has... absolutely no life.”

[–]Nahdudeurgood 26 points27 points  (1 child)

“How do you kill that which has no life?”

[–]Vlad_the_Homeowner 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Gentlemen, this could very well lead to the end of the world ...of Warcraft.

[–]Schytheron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How can he fake death if he has no life? Hmm...

/s

[–]icyflakes 7 points8 points  (5 children)

[–]wtfdaemon 6 points7 points  (3 children)

TIL wow admins are meese

Moosen?

[–]Dis4Wurk 2 points3 points  (2 children)

[–]The-Sound_of-Silence 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Not sure what went wrong, but I fixed it for ya

[–]Dis4Wurk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I still have issues with markdown on mobile sometimes. Probably got the brackets swapped or something.

[–]mad-n-fla 66 points67 points  (4 children)

Good thing he didn't learn from Monty Python......

[–]AlphaBret 17 points18 points  (3 children)

I fart in your general direction.

[–]mad-n-fla 2 points3 points  (2 children)

I was thinking about "t'is just a scratch".....

[–]briefnuts 7 points8 points  (1 child)

At least he wasn't karving his initials on the møøse with the sharpened end of an interspace tøøthbrush

[–]Adstrakan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And the møøse didn’t kill his sister.

[–]Lonelan 23 points24 points  (2 children)

Feign.

Also it was probably distracting shot

[–]MrFrenetic 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Glad to see I'm not the only Hunter here.

[–]jarofsalamanders 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're not, but you are the only hunter with the motor skills needed to press the more than one button required to write that sentence.

[–]filled0 19 points20 points  (0 children)

ya right he just ran out of the forest and back in.... the moose reset.

[–]A-Dumb-Ass 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Pfft. Instead of going through all this trouble, should've just called a pet and be done with it. /s

[–]Noch_ein_Kamel 7 points8 points  (1 child)

But everyone knows that if you taunt and then fake death (or die for real) the moose charges back at the second person on the aggro list i.e. the sister?!

[–]faloi 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Not if they don’t have hard agro. Prox agro wipes if there’s only one person on the list and they fake death. The mob resets.

Also I honestly don’t remember if this is true in WoW.

[–]BobFrancisco 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I remember when I made up the bear story as kid.

[–]Smackaa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Drawing moose aggro in real life is extremely ballsy.

[–]richardnyc 7 points8 points  (0 children)

He was heard yelling 'LEEROY JENKINS!'

[–]AudibleNod313 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He also tried spinning, because that's a good trick.

[–]CaptainFilmy 8 points9 points  (4 children)

I avoided a near accident when a dude flew through a stop sign and nearly t boned me. I handbraked and pulled the wheel so i skidded sideways and he missed me by about a foot.

Learned that driving maneuver from GTA V

[–]Jrmikulec 2 points3 points  (3 children)

Why didn't you keep going straight?

[–]_jk_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

for the stunt bonus

[–]CaptainFilmy 1 point2 points  (1 child)

He would have hit me, I drifted sideways so he missed

Edit: I should add these were extremely icy roads, it was my work vehicle with 100k worth of delicate camera gear inside

[–]784670 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Mynd you, møøse bites Kan be pretti nasti...

[–]DodGamnBunofaSitch 6 points7 points  (0 children)

a møøse once bit my sister

[–]Steve_Danger_Gaming 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I remember this...............ten years ago. Damn reddit

[–]dwimber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New to me, but I've only been here for 7.

[–]funky_duck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had a moose come at me and it was a terrifying experience.

Totally exposed on three sides and a chain link fence on the other side... no where to run or hide.

[–]printlineHelloWorld 2 points3 points  (2 children)

learnt....the irony.

[–]morrowindl 12 points13 points  (1 child)

Learnt is correct in many counties. Both learned and learnt are accepted as past tense of learn

[–]printlineHelloWorld 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Today I Learnt then. Thank you kind person I did not know that. Interesting.

[–]DeathLeopard5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After two sunders you can basically start doing damage to it assuming you know how aggro works and you don't over aggro.

[–]Furrealyo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feign Death.

Fucking noob.

[–]HeMiddleStartInT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad he didn’t try what he learned from Mortal Kombat.

[–]StocktonBSmalls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen to the Cracked Podcast too?

[–]CronoTS [score hidden]  (0 children)

Seems to be a retail player. In Vanilla/Classic all the hunters i knew had a "feign death and remove all gear/clothing" macro to prevent taking repair costs in case of death.

[–]roycropper57[🍰] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should of bubbled and hearthed out of there

[–]selfiegame2strong -1 points0 points  (0 children)

we aLL LEARNED A Neat trick from wow i learned i didnt have to go outside wow provides everything

[–]superfrazz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The comments on that post are AIDS.

[–]DarthLysergis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Story from almost a decade ago.

[–]hoverspoon -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Do you guys actually buy this crap? To feign death and protect your loved ones is nothing he learned from a game.. he probably has strong instincts and is also a very brave kid. Back when we encountered predators there were three options: fight, flee or feign death, doubt the noob class taught him that, that shit is inherited

Edit: besides, if he really used skills from wow he would’ve used tame beast
