I have to totally disagree with all of this. I'm 65 years old and far from retirement. I work on average 60 hours a week and between work and my free time, which is hardly any, I'm busy catching up on everything I can't do when I'm working.
So definitely, not doing these things and wouldn't want to anyway.
I'm in great shape for my age with no disabilities whatsoever.
Why would I want to fall into this geriatric lifestyle when I'm still at the top of my game?

I disagree with all of these except the natural world and comfy shoes being more important, and I always believed those anyway. I usually love Digg's take on things, but this one was way off the mark for me (I'm a member of AARP, so I am pretty sure I am old enough that these should apply to me :) ).
