Built in 1918, this historic building in Duluth, Minnesota, once served as a bank for the people of Morgan Park. Now, after a two-year-long renovation, it's a home that's on the market for just $499,000.

The 2,530-square-foot property β€” which comes with a very sizable parking lot, in case you hadn't noticed β€” has a bulletproof glass overlook and reinforced concrete walls "that are at least 20 inches thick." No security concerns here.

The bed-to-bath ratio seems a little off (there's one small bedroom and five bathrooms), but at least you avoid the issue of someone being in the shower when you need to pee.

There are two very nice mezzanines from which to admire the large, open-plan home. Quite a nice spot for a home office, perhaps.

The residence also features a bunch of nice touches from its early days, like an original drinking fountain and some very cool, intact bank vaults. It's very unlikely there's any treasure still tucked away around the place, but you never know.
