This autumn, six films of unspeakable terror are set to descend upon the world at Austin's Fantastic Fest 2024, where the year's most exciting horror films are premiered.

Whether you fancy mind-twisting thrillers or the unsavory delight of a brutal slasher, this year's rotten lineup has something sinister for every unfortunate soul that dare reads any further. This is your last warning.

'Never Let Go' (Sept 20, in US theaters)

Halle Berry plays a mother who has found what seems to be the perfect refuge for her family, safe from the world's creeping terror — or so she thinks. But when an unspeakable evil invades their home, a terrifying fight for survival begins.

'V/H/S/Beyond' (October 4, Shudder)

In the seventh and most sinister installment of the 'V/H/S' franchise, six new bloodcurdling tapes emerge from the depths of a sci-fi-inspired nightmare. What horrors lie within these tapes, no one can say for certain — but one thing is clear: pressing play may be the last thing you ever do.

'Mr. Crocket' (October 11, Hulu)

In the summer of 1993, Summer is struggling to rebuild her life after the sudden loss of her husband, while her son Major spirals into horrible grief. When a mysterious VHS tape for Mr. Crocket's World lands in their mailbox, Major finds comfort in his new favorite show. But, what begins as an innocent children's program soon reveals a far darker purpose.

'Terrifier 3' (October 11, in US theaters)

As the unsuspecting residents of Miles County settle in for a peaceful Christmas Eve, Art the Clown prepares to turn their silent night into a very graphic nightmare, coincidentally before Christmas.

'Teacup' (October 10, Peacock)

As a mysterious and deadly threat descends on the unsuspecting town, a group of strangers must put aside their differences and band together — before they’re all swallowed by "the unknown." Inspired by Robert McCammon’s New York Times bestselling novel "Stinger," this dark tale is no tea party.

Editor's Note: Correction, "Teacup" is a new TV series that's set to air new episodes weekly on the Peacock app starting October 10.

'Don't Mess With Grandma' (Tubi)

Jasper, the owner of a Meals on Wheels-style service, is used to handling the elderly with ease — except for his tough-as-nails grandma Granna. Despite her sharp words and endless requests, he dutifully makes the 2.5-hour drive daily, hoping for a bit of the love she lavishes on her dog, Rufus. But when masked thieves break into her home, expecting an easy target, they find something else entirely: Jasper, a man prepared to defend his Granna at any cost.
