The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) is made up of 38 countries that describe themselves as committed to democracy and economic development โ but that doesn't mean they're all making the same progress.
Using the latest OECD data available, Visual Capitalist ranked the ten member countries with the largest gender pay gaps in the organization.
South Korea has the biggest pay gap overall, with a 31.2 percent difference between men and women's full-time earnings, on average.
The second-highest gender page gap among OECD members is found in Israel, where the difference is 25.4 percent, followed by Latvia, where it stands at 24.9 percent.
