Critical talks kicked off in Munich over ending the war in Ukraine, where European officials criticized the U.S. for sending mixed messages. In a new interview with NBC News, Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy said there’s a “low chance” that Ukraine can survive without ongoing military aid from the U.S. NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell reports.
