Investigations of a Philosophical Dog. "Investigations of a Dog" is a funny and deeply philosophical tale of a lone, maladjusted dog who defies scientific dogma and pioneers an original research program in pursuit of the mysteries of his self and his world. (by Aaron Schuster, adapted from his book How to Research Like a Dog)
Kafka didn’t give the story a title, writing it in the autumn of 1922 but leaving it unpublished and unfinished. It was published posthumously in 1931 in a collection edited by his friend and biographer Max Brod, who named it Forschungen eines Hundes — which could also be translated as “Researches of a Dog”

This is a nice read, although I'm not sure I got some major conclusion out of it. That being said I'm thankful to know that Forschungen eines Hundes is a thing that exists, and I'll definitely check it out.
