Hair transplant platform medihair surveyed 4,284 people across the globe to rank countries based on how many men experience male pattern baldness.
Using the results of the survey, Arciom Antanovič mapped the countries with the highest percentage of bald or balding men. Data was unavailable for some countries.
The country with the largest share of bald men overall is Spain, where almost 45 percent of men have either lost or are losing their hair.
Second place goes to Italy (44.37 percent), while France (44.25 percent), the US (42.68 percent) and Germany (41.51 percent) follow.
The countries with the lowest percentage of bald or balding men, on the other hand, are Argentina (29.35 percent), Malaysia (29.24 percent) and the Phillippines (28 percent).
