高市発言に伴う中国からのインバウンドの損失が1.79兆円になるという試算が公表された（【訂正】中国政府の日本への渡航自粛要請で日本の経済損失は1.79兆円、GDPを0.29％押し下げ | 木内登英のGlobal Economy & Policy Insight | 野村総合研究所(NRI)）。試算したNRIの木内氏によると、 日本経済への影響は、上記の試算値以外に、国内旅行関連のビジネスへの打撃を通じて従業員の雇用や所得にマイナスの影響が生じ得ることから、波及効果も考慮すると悪影響はより大きくなる。 さらに、尖閣問題の際と同様に、中国がレアアースの輸出規制など、日本に対する貿易規制を実施すれば、日本経済に与える打撃はさらに大きくなる。農産物などの中国からの輸入が滞ることで、物価高が助長される可能性もあるだろう。それ以外に、日本企業の中国でのビジネスにも悪影響が生じる可能性も考えられる。 と
今日は高市発言を巡る騒動に関する考察。あくまでも素人考えなのでその点は割り引いて読まれたい。 台湾有事に関する高市発言を巡るネットの動向を見ていると、恰も高市首相が日本単独で台湾有事に介入することを主張したかのように中国側が印象付けようとしているようにも見える。中国側の思惑としては、それによって高市発言批判の声が広がり、発言の撤回につながれば、台湾有事に関する不確実性が減る、と考えているのかもしれない。実際、批判派の中には（真偽は別にして）国際社会における日本の孤立を強調する人も出てきており、中国側の思惑は一定の成功を収めているようにも見える。 ただ、日本単独で台湾有事に介入することは、日本はもちろん、中国自身、あるいは台湾、米国、もしくは他のどの国も想定していないのは明らかと思われる。その意味では、これはゲーム理論で言う典型的なirrelavant alternativeと言えるだろう。
