Here at Digg, we try our best to cover the most important and confounding memes that come across the timeline. But the web is littered with tons of great memes that never quite hit the mainstream and instead just bounce around the weird corners of Twitter or Reddit. Enter our recurring feature, Memes, Ranked.
This week, we've got George W Bush at Trump's inauguration, reactions to the TikTok ban debacle and the sinister reasons people are so funny.
3. TikTok ban
The Meme
TikTok was banned in the US last week, albeit for less than 24 hours, before president Trump signed an executive order to delay the move. Without wasting a second, American netizens began joking about how their lives were going to change for the better (or worse) once the app was out of order — then, they rejoiced as it was, at least temporarily, spared that fate.

2. George W Bush
The Meme
Donald Trump's inauguration took place this week, but the president wasn't the only person in attendance who has sparked conversation online. Along with Elon Musk's 'Nazi salute', George W Bush's facial expressions at the event became the subject of memes shared to X.

1. 'You're so funny'
The Meme
Over on zombie TikTok, a trend has been going around in which folks post a photo of themselves with the text "You're so funny," followed directly by some unpleasant reason why they have that personality trait. Everybody gets a little trauma dumping as a treat, while TikTok gets a stay of execution.
Why are we so funny? You'll just have to guess.
