Does every language and country accept emojis as meaning the same thing? Clearly not, as Word Tips compiled a list of the 1,644 most commonly used emojis in the world, including the ones that confused people the most.
They calculated the average monthly search volumes β of people who searched for emoji + "meaning" β in every country, and mapped it all out. Sometimes facial expressions are just confusing, unless someone spells it out in words to you.
